Live Guarantee

What is a Live Guarantee?

A Live Guarantee means that Feedle guarantees that the ordered geckos will be delivered alive to the Feedle’s partner in the buyer’s area.
If a gecko is delivered dead to the Feedle’s partner for any reason, Feedle will refund you the full price plus shipping cost paid to us for that gecko.
A Live Guarantee expires when a gecko is confirmed alive by our partner, and no refunds are issued after the confirmation.

Buy geckos marked with “Live Guarantee”
- When you purchase a gecko at Feedle that is labeled with the "(Free) Live Guarantee", Live Guarantee is automatically applied without any additional steps or fees.
Pay additional fees for Live Guarantee
- If you would like to apply Live Guarantee on a gecko that is not marked with the “Live Guarantee” mark, select the 'Live Guarantee' option while adding the gecko to your cart. An additional fee equal to 10% of the gecko's price will be added in your cart, and a Live Guarantee will be activated at checkout.

For geckos covered by Live Guarantee, the refund process will begin as soon as the death is confirmed by Feedle through its partners (🇺🇸Lil Monsters Reptiles, 🇪🇺Colubra)
